Yale Physician Associate Program

Preparing the Next Generation of PA Leaders

The Yale School of Medicine Physician Associate Program prepares students for clinical excellence and the leadership challenges of tomorrow. Forward-looking and innovative curriculum, accessible faculty, small class size, and affiliation with a premier academic health system create a unique learning environment where our physician associate students actualize their full potential.

How to Apply

The Yale PA Program has a rolling admission process. This means that those who complete their applications first (verified CASPA application, official GRE score report, three reference letters, the supplemental application, and no more than one prerequisite in progress), are considered for early interviews and admission decisions.

Physician Associate Curriculum

Learning activities emphasize the development and practice of critical thinking, clinical reasoning, self-assessment, collaboration, and culturally appropriate communication skills while preparing students to understand the mechanisms of health and disease and master clinical skills.

Tuition & Financial Aid

Learn about the application process and all necessary resources and instructions. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, our dedicated team is always ready to help guide you through the process.

Student Well-Being & Safety

We believe everyone benefits when every student feels part of the community and wants to be engaged, in whatever capacity is fulfilling to that individual.
